Our people 

Our people are great.

They’re qualified, experienced, skilled and technically capable. Qualified, experienced, skilled and technically capable is what makes them good. What makes them great is their attitude. They’re smart, creative, innovative, energetic, hard-working, and “can-do”. They work together and they work for the client.

Our team is led by our two Managing Directors, Cecilie Munro and Katie Miles.


Cecilie Munro – Director 
Cecilie has worked in retail and hospitality almost all her working life, starting from the shop floor and leading to many management positions. She’s served more customers than most of us have had hot dinners and she’s managed staff and franchisees and been responsible for improving their performance. Her expertise in retail operations management will help us make sure the questions are right, the reports are useful, and the communication process is put together with the end user in mind. Prior to forming The Realise Group, Cecilie worked as a National Training Manager and National Operations Project Manager for 7-Eleven, and as a Management Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Katie Miles – Director
Katie’s fantastic. She lives to make her clients’ lives easy. She rarely sleeps, preferring instead to allow her clients to sleep – knowing that it’s all happening as planned! When she works with a client, she becomes part of the organisation. She’ll befriend your receptionist and want access to your coffee machine. She’s professional and you’ll be happy for her to represent your organisation at any meeting, conference or get-together. She’s cheerful and easy to get along with and she’s great at solving problems.

Katie has worked in various retail management positions, including as Promotions and Advertising Manager for 7-Eleven.
