Quality assurance

Quality

The Realise Group is a firm believer in doing it right the first time, even if it takes a bit longer. We practice quality in all aspects of our company's operations and all members of our organisation participate in continuously improving and maintaining a high standard of our processes, services and the culture in which we work.

Our attitude towards quality extends to our understanding of the importance of having reliable market research and mystery shopping data that you can confidently use to make business decisions. We always think and act with our client in mind.

We approach mystery shopping data with the same rigueur as is expected for all market research projects. We dedicate much of our efforts in preserving the data integrity of our programs – we are keenly aware that any market research is a waste of time if its very foundations are dubious. Inaccurate information feeds into inaccurate findings, resulting in costly ‘business unintelligence’.

Our data goes through several levels of data checking and analysis before being presented to you:

  •  Fully trained shoppers are clearly and carefully briefed and provided with user-friendly documents designed to prompt accurate responses.
  • In-house processes validate shopper data and ensure they have visited the right store, at the right time, and that we can trust what they tell us.
  • Our online data entry system is carefully designed to ensure accurate data entry.
  • All individual mystery shops are edited for quality, accuracy and reliability.
  • Data is then quality checked by experienced data analysts.
  • Reports are automatically generated through our reporting system (reducing the chance of human error) and quality checked before being sent to you.
  • Overall, our processes and procedures are streamlined and documented to ensure we deliver on our promises.

Our Definition of Quality

It’s hard to define and it’s different things to different people. In the context of our business, we define quality as…

  • meeting our client’s objectives
  • really helping the organisation improve
  • accuracy
  • timeliness
  • consistency and reliability
  • value for money.
