The Realise Group was founded by good friends Katie Miles and Cecilie Munro in the year 2000 from a desire to provide Australian companies reputable and qualified research data. Initially, The Realise Group offered customer experience company evaluations, market research, mystery shopping, incentive and reward programs, training development and consulting to businesses who could see this mystery shopping company was more about performance improvement than just data collection.
From 2002, the business became more focused on customer experience evaluations and market research investing heavily in the infrastructure and technology to support its growing group of followers. A fully integrated, web-based software program was the result of partnering with a leading software and development company and from there processes were streamlined from prospective field teams registering their details to auto-allocation of assignments, report creating and everything else in between.
In 2003 the secret shopper company Realise Group joined forces with Centreforce Management Services (now Realise People Solutions) bringing with it the knowledge and experience of Director, Rebecca Lockett.
Today, the result of Katie, Cecilie and Rebecca's blood, sweat and tears is a business with smart, creative, innovative, energetic, hard-working and 'can do' people who call themselves The Realise Group.
