Mystery shopping involves visiting a nominated retail store or service outlet as an “undercover customer” then reporting back to us details about your shopping experience. Some of the areas that Mystery Shoppers assess are:
- Store presentation
- Customer Service
- Product Quality
- Add on Selling Techniques
- Cleanliness
- Promotional Material
Becoming a Mystery Shopper
The Realise Group look for reliable people with the following skills and abilities:
- ability to follow guidelines and instructions and perform evaluations accurately
- ability to make discrete and objective observations
- good memory skills
- ability to pay close attention to detail
- ability to write detailed, constructive and grammatically correct comments
- ability to meet commitments and deadlines
- are easily contactable by email and phone
- are experienced internet users
You Should Know
- Our shoppers are employed as contractors and generally must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- You must have easy access to the internet.
- We prefer shoppers who have a car so that they can conveniently travel to perform assignments.
- Assignments are offered to shoppers as they are available. Shoppers should not rely on this work as a main source of income.
- Shoppers must be over 18 years.
Rate of pay
The rate of pay for each assignment will vary, depending on the complexity of the questionnaire and the assignment. You will be advised of the rate of pay for each assignment before you agree to complete the assignment.
